A provincial service that helps to connect people to information and services in their community. Information is available in English and French.

CAREGIVER EXCHANGE

Caregiver Exchange is a mini-site of thehealthline.ca, a partnership between thehealthline.ca Information Network (a non-profit organization) and the Local Health Integration Networks - Home and Community Care - of Ontario. The site provides information about being a caregiver and resources available in your area. It also provides a public discussion forum.


THE BIG WHITE WALL

Big White Wall is an online mental health and wellbeing service offering self-help programs to manage everyday stressors or major life events, creative outlets and a community that cares.


BOUNCE BACK

Bounceback is a free skill-building program designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. Access support online or call toll-free 1.866.345.0224


CONNEX ONTARIO

ConnexOntario provides free and confidential health services information for people experiencing problems with gambling, alcohol and drugs and mental illness, including depression or anxiety.

The information and referral service is live answer 24/7, confidential and free.

*Identify yourself as a caregiver in order to be directed to the correct resource. Free, confidential service you can call to get health advice or information. A Registered Nurse will take your call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
